This renovation was a true labor of love and a close study in thoughtful collaboration, offering deep insight into the renovation process from start to finish.
The building had survived a fire several years prior, so much of the infrastructure had already been updated. But rental-grade finishes left the interiors feeling generic and disjointed. We reimagined the home by blending Scandinavian, Japandi, and mid-century modern influences, layering natural materials, custom millwork, and locally sourced vintage finds in the redesign.
