Great linebacker drill to do to improve reducing the surface .
1st. Over-exaggerate the movement from a stationary square stance
2nd. Close distance on the lineman (the pole is the lineman in this matter?m) and reduce surface.
3rd. Stack the blocker and close space on ball carrier. Be sure to come to balance.
PS- I would like to see @_mbj08 have his eyes!
My brother @keeezy5 originally introduced the reduce surface stationary movement with the cones to me. Something I now incorporate with many different position groups!
