Rev. Jackson dedicated his life to advancing civil rights, economic empowerment, voting access, and global humanitarian efforts. He founded the prominent Rainbow PUSH Coalition, a powerful non-profit seeking to protect civil rights and level the educational and economic playing field— transform policy and possibility.
Through decades of advocacy, he expanded opportunities for Black Americans and inspired countless leaders to believe that progress was not only necessary, but achievable. We celebrate his legacy, extending heartfelt condolences to his family, and honor his impact that changed the course of Black history and continues to keep hope alive.

Driven by his commitment to service and impact, Brandyn transformed a small holiday outreach effort into
@cityboyzgivebacks a nonprofit now providing meals, essentials, and resources to hundreds of families across Los Angeles. In addition to his professional tech career, he also launched his photography brand,
@bakedmoments_ . When asked how his work contributes to Black history, he shared: “My work demonstrates what service and ownership look like in real time. When Black kids see people who look like them leading and building community programs, it expands what they believe is possible.”
He believes true legacy isn’t built in a few major moments, but through our everyday actions.
