Let’s kick things off on the yard Tuesday with a Players vs Coaches Basketball Game, then followed by Friday night at our Alumni Mixer, featuring special guest Head Coach Reggie Barlow—a perfect opportunity to mix, mingle, and get excited for what’s ahead.
Then, join us again on the yard on Saturday to reconnect with your alumni family and get a first look at our team during its annual Blue and White game as they gear up for an exciting season! It’ll be a fun-filled day with food trucks, tailgating, and a special Legends Game featuring football alumni going head-to-head.
The gates at Hale stadium open at 10am so bring your lawn chair, kick back, relax, and soak in the atmosphere—it’s all about good vibes, great company, and celebrating the Big Blue spirit! All events are complimentary and open to our TSU Big Blue family!
We are so proud of our TSUNAA National President Katrina Kerr for participating in the 2026 Black At Microsoft (BAM) NASDAQ Bell Ringing ceremony for Black History Month this week. Black at Microsoft (BAM) is Microsoft’s inclusion network dedicated to accelerating the success of Black professionals while driving innovation, inclusion and community impact.

Today, we honor the incredible legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., a true champion of equality and justice. His commitment to nonviolence and his vision of a better future continue to inspire us all.
As we reflect on his impact, let’s think about how we can embody his message in our own lives. Whether it’s through mentorship, volunteering, or simply being a voice for those in need, we all have a role to play.

As we get ready to step into 2026, I want to take a moment to wish each of you a Happy New Year! This is a perfect time for a reset, exploring new opportunities, and reflecting on our incredible journey as a Tennessee State University alumni family.
The past year has presented its share of challenges and triumphs, and I’m so grateful for the strength and resilience you’ve shown. Together, we’ve continued to support our beloved university and positively impact the lives of current and future students.
