𓆹 Amor Sui ‘ LUX Arterna 𓆸 tribute to mother ⬳ Since I was a child, I understood that art has no limits, and. Painting, for me, has always been sacred.
My mother is at the center of this. Not as a memory, but as a presence that shaped my freedom. She let me draw everywhere. She painted my face with her own hands. She carried me into the world already transformed, taking me to places where my face would become a canvas, where I would become something other than fixed.
When we went to the park, she would paint moons on my cheeks because she said I had a moon face. A round, luminous, lunar face. She never corrected me into something else. She recognized me as I already was, and she expanded it.
She let me wear whatever makeup I wanted, let my hair become whatever it wanted to become. My aunt and my mother made costumes for me. In my family, women were not observers of creation, they were the origin of it. Fashion, design, textiles, transformation: it was all already inside the house, inside the hands of the women who raised me.
My mother didn’t just allow me to be myself. She taught me that becoming is sacred.
That is why I am who I am.
I am not a constructed identity. I am continuity. I am the same child who was painted, and the same artist who now paints. The makeup is not decoration, it is continuation. The body is not surface, it is temple. And I continue drawing on this sacred temple my mother first taught me to honor.
I am who I am because I have never left her gesture behind.

I interpret subconscious realities through emotions expressed in acting, with performance as the foundation of my visual work and artistic cycle. My goal is to co-create trends with a team that embraces an aesthetic of femininity, reclaiming it in its most raw and empowered state. I separate any distorted or sexualized notions, focusing on the true significance of femininity, where spirituality and empowerment coexist.
My work produces a visual aesthetic rooted in Mexican cultural and spiritual legacy, translated into esoteric items like lotions, incense, candles, or matchboxes, accompanied by a zine sharing the development and performative aspects of my process.

The Embodiment: Tearing My Body Into All Kinds of Fluids to The Shape of Love. It is a ritual experience that channels the cosmovision of ancient civilizations, post-humanity, and emerging technologies. The performance unfolds as a quantum leap between epochs—where ancestral memory and digital futures collide.
It is a ceremonial cleanse within the age of invisible control, where our data is silently extracted and transformed into digital commodities.
Through live storytelling, ambient sound, liquids, projections, and movement, the piece bridges ancestral ritual with technological existence. It manifests a new mythology: a liminal space where the feminine is redefined—raw, empowered, and sacred beyond distortion.

This video is conceived from the idea of survival: an instinctive, physical, and emotional response to the environment.
The constant presence of cameras does not merely document
it constructs a reality.
Surveillance transforms into “Survivalance”: a state where being seen becomes a way to exist, to resist, and to adapt. Every movement, every gesture, becomes part of a raw, real, and performative experience.
The video unfolds as a performance in motion, where the body navigates between exposure and protection, between control and freedom. There is no linear narrative
only lived experience.

🜾 “Papalotl” means butterfly in Nahuatl, and “michin” means fish. Together, “Papalotl Michin” (more properly “papalomichin”) literally means “butterfly fish” or “flying fish.”
That’s why I love it as a symbolic name 🜾 it feels like a magical creature between a butterfly and something from the water, almost like a mermaid. A spirit between the sea and the sky.
