lại project had the pleasure of serving the ton at a ball hosted by @b.arebakes .
we presented a ball menu began with Morning at Mayfair, accompanied by our London Fog, a pairing of quiet familiarity and gentle warmth. then moved through Crimson Courtship, hibiscus lemonade bright in both tone and presence, sparking more than a few new connections. and lastly, Sophie’s Charm, a blueberry matcha layered in softness and depth just like sophie herself.
each drink was crafted to sit gently within the atmosphere of the ball and matched perfectly with @katte.kim ’s scrumptious pastries.
we were blessed to see all the diamonds of the season that day and it is always a pleasure to be part of your table.

lại project was invited to ‘the uglyfirst draft’ workshop for creatives hosted by @bachbchau at @jayucanada . lại was inspired by how Châu created a safe space for participants to share their unfinished projects and open up with each other about their creative process.
we intentionally crafted a special menu with the signature drink: mango hojicha latte with kinako cloud to reminisce the childhood flavour of soy beans paired with the nutty and fruity notes of mango hojicha from @paragontearoom .
