Come reset at a restorative workshop designed for BIPOC students (open to all). In a world that places constant demands on our energy, this space invites us to slow down, reconnect with our bodies, and reimagine rest as a form of care and resistance.
Through mindfulness meditation, gentle movement, affirmations, reflective daydreaming, and a calming sound bath, we’ll explore ways to protect our energy and build a personal toolkit for navigating a demanding world.
Doors open at 12:00 PM — come early to settle in and enjoy tea & snacks.

Recap of our first Student Wellness drop in. Our Master of Social Work students facilitated a wonderful session on doomscrolling. As students and adults we all fall prey to the dopamine cycle that often times has uncomfortable side effects and can feel difficult to escape the cyclic patterns.
