đď¸ Her approach to âGentle Densityâ using two housing laws, SB 9 & SB 1123, which increase options in a way that preserves the neighborhoodâs existing scale & character, reflecting both a range of housing types & a broader philosophy for how cities grow & change (think ADUâs, 2-4 unit multifamily, bungalow court apartments, townhomes, live/work).
