It’s been a while …. I have not had the need to start this year with “ a happy new year note “ or any sort of recommendations or affirmations… I just started with feeling how I feel. Truly asking the question within , how do I feel ? We often walk around the world with a headfull of ideas and desires but what does this mean if we have no experience of how we truly feel as we layer our true self with concepts, ideas and too much information from all directions .. For This new cycle of 2025 , I want more presence and less information. More engagement with heartfelt conversations and actions than concepts and ideas … Presence of being is that gift . I have been pretty silent these days, I still don’t have the words. Our words are weak when it comes to how we truly feel…. Having been nurtured by extraordinary parents who instilled deep care and a language of compassion and continue to do so, I am finding the current events absolutely devastating when it comes to our true human nature, and how un phased most have become when it comes to humans lives. How desensitized we have become when it comes to violence against any human form in the name of peace . How violence against women and girls is still an ongoing struggle to voice and how politics have become entertainment more than anything else …. I wonder if we are still human? Aren’t we supposed to feel the heart of the other ? Naturally ? Why have we become so disconnected and hold judgement at any corner ? Where is our imagination ? @deepakchopra always says , “ if the world is on fire so are we “ everything is a reflection of our inner being, so if we are in conflict so is the world as we perceive it . I used to be a very angry activist in my 20s, on every front, with so many organizations, officials … did we make a difference ? I don’t truly know. I don’t know if I made a difference. I cared, I still care but all I can do now is cry with humanity and grieve And imagine a new reality where everyone feels safe . I shall continue the work as needed because I believe there is nothing else to do than to truly make this world a better place for all The future generations, the earth, all sentient beings ☸️🕉️✝️☪️ no exceptions. Whatever identity we embrace, we must recognize our true essence of ‘ being ‘ that connects us all …. I am currently redirecting the vision for Never alone,l @neveralone.love our mental well being initiative of the Chopra foundation, in the new year. With hope and faith that we shall survive our own challenges in life and see the sky when we need it the most ….
