From Paris with Love:
A great South African takeover during Paris Fashion Week as we launched our Spring-Summer 25/25 Collection
We were honoured to have our legend uMama @yvonne_chakachaka open the show, as well as our showcase music curated by @zawadiyamungu_
To see our patrons from across the world come celebrate with us was quite a humbling experience. Special shout out to @brutalfruitza as our drinks partner who got the drinks flowing all day, as well as creating a beautiful moment with some of our models from Africa and the Globe.

This Mother’s Day, we celebrate, honour and wrap our Mothers in love. We give thanks to the women who have sacrificed for us and embodied the true spirit of giving.
For the greatest gift we can offer our Mothers is gratitude.
To our Mothers:
With your patience, you have built us up, and with your strength, you continue to protect us.
With this shawl, we wrap you in love, may it always remind you of the gratitude and love we carry for you.
Happy Mother’s Day.

Laduma Ngxokolo @laduma is shaping Maxhosa Africa @maxhosa as an African heritage brand that bridges tradition and modernity. The only African label presenting on the Official Calendar of Paris Fashion Week®️, Maxhosa continues to develop knitwear in collaboration with local artisans, preserving cultural craftsmanship while translating it into contemporary silhouettes.
For the Fall/Winter 2026 collection, Siyi-Kulture, Laduma draws from the diverse cultural traditions of South Africa, blending influences from Xhosa, Zulu, Pedi and Sotho heritage into a unified visual language. Guided by the belief that cultural dress should evolve beyond ceremony, he reimagines traditional codes as modern garments while supporting local craftsmanship.

Kulture is everywhere we are, it is in everything we do.
Our bodies speaking of the stories our ancestors dreamt of. We are the manifestion of their prayers.
Kulture is in the language we speak but cannot be translated. It is in the moves we know, but cannot be replicated.
Kulture is our greatest inheritance and heritage.
Kulture has shown us that the real DNA is RSA.

“Kulture is what we live without the need to explain.
Kulture does not have to make sense to others, as long as it makes sense to us.
Kulture is what we identify with and express ourselves with, boldly and confidently.
Kulture is a form of play of beauty in many forms.
Kulture is a form of DNA that sets us apart from others.
Kulture is my ancestors’ greatest gift that cannot be be taken away. We eat, breath live Kulture; it runs in our blood and pumps in our heart.” ~ Chief Creative Director @laduma
