Sun, miles, and good energy âĄď¸
Another great morning in our long run series from our Covent Garden store alongside @lacticlaps , bringing the community together for some strong efforts.
Same time next week? You know where to find us.

LACTIC x @on
The team had the opportunity to get an early look of the new LightSpray CloundMonster 3 Hyper
Putting them to the test on a speedy interval session there was no doubt about it, these are special!
Light on feet so you can push the pace đđ¨

Team @lacticlaps took to the streets with @puma.uk as part of @unsanctioned.athletics latest race to help launch the deviate nitro 4. Classic cross city chaos we love from a UA race, and amazing work from the whole lactic team.

@unsanctioned.athletics x @pumarunning x Lactic
Our team took to the streets of London, taking racing back to its primal form. No preset route, no closed roads, just a goal.
Thanks to the UA Team for having us đđź

Founders Edition Pt.2
Co-Founder @pwgtt , the one who thought anti-clockwise laps of Battersea Park every Saturday would be a good idea.
Lonely long runs on a Sunday morning with the aim of simply gettin quicker has now spawned Lactic Laps. Pete organises/designs our weekly sessions with the sole intent of ruining everyoneâs morning with speedy runs.
Not afraid of getting dropped for pace at this own run club, seeing as itâs happened 3 times now đ
Founders Edition Pt.1
Let me introduce you to @alexwinstone_ , Co-Founder of Lactic Laps and @lacticmagazine
The creative mind behind everything we do. He spends this time designing our future merch (which I can confirm is sick af!) , handling all the back office admin, all whilst juggling his own training and work life.
Ever seen someone swap an energy gel for a vape at 35km of a marathon? Yeah, thatâs Alex.
Any runner knows that a good way to get quicker is run with those quicker than you.
Let me introduce you to one of our teams Coaches and Pacers @coachcooperr_
Whatâs makes him special I hear you ask? Maybe itâs his Marathon PB of 2:24? Maybe itâs the fact he just won the Ipswich Half Marathon with a time of 1:08? - itâs actually none of that.
Itâs his approach each week to making sure everyone in the team is okay before, during and after the run. Itâs the sessions he helps structure and the valuable advice he imparts each week.
Itâs definitely not the fact he wins the 1KM âSend Itâ at the end of each session. Cheeky git.
Lactic is for everyone.
Everyone that wants to push themselves and lock in đ
@tashiles embodies that!
Queen of the Warm Ups, Star Baker, a Lactic OG!
Some of you may be thinking âI canât go to Lactic, Iâm not quick enoughâ - quite honestly Tash didnât give a sh*t.
She came along each week, gave it her all, and the PBs soon followed. Not a single pair of carbons was used either (sheâs a show off!)
Moral of the story is, it doesnât matter who you are, all are welcome. The only thing the team asks is that you give it 100% each week.
Be Like Tasha!
Lactic Laps is now 3 months old.
Grateful to all the runners that turn up each week and invest their time with us.
Trust me when I say, there is much more to come from LL and weâve got big plans on the horizon.
