With spring marathons winding down and summer track in their future @pumaeliterunning has been back and forth from homebase in North Carolina to altitude in New Mexico. A strong base underneath them, the team now turns to a familiar burn with laps around the track full of lactic acid. Keep an eye out for @diamondleagueathletics debuts from @ggraciemorris & @dorcus_ewoi125 as they take to the track in Shanghai, China this weekend, kicking off the track circuit and summer of racing for the team.

Behind the scenes of PROJECT3 camp in Raleigh, NC, USA. The people and their stories that have made their way into the program is what drives the team. Knowing that there are endless ways to shed light on the amazing runners taking on daily personal challenges while training for a marathon is inspiring and admirable.

Showtime happens on race day but the prep that goes into it is the biggest piece to the puzzle. Day in and day out putting the pieces together hoping to make it all work on a day where everyone is watching. 👟: FAST-R3 & Deviate Elite 4.

Post marathon blues aren’t part of a training plan but they are apart of the game. Time to lace up, shake the rust off and get back to running again.

The vibes on race day make us forget all about how hard the marathon actually is. To leave with a sour taste in our mouths wouldn’t be any fun now would it? As the legs ache and your ego tells you there was more in the tank, think of the cheers and applause you received just the other day. How it made you smile, laugh, and outright enjoy the pain you willingly put yourself through to run 42km ❤️‍🩹 With love (and some sarcasm) - The Marathon

The race may end. The lights may go dark. The crowds may disappear. But the energy is always lurking. You can never turn it off. It lives inside all of us and was in full force this weekend. 2027 London loading… ⏳
