Our ways to enjoy L.A - how do you drink it? When we started L.A, our aim was simple: to create more interesting drinks for when you’re not drinking. Enjoyed as an apĂ©ritif, paired beautifully with food, gifted to someone special, or used as a mixer in your favourite cocktail. Deliciously tart, all-natural, made to make you feel good. From White Peony, Hawthorn & Tart Cherry kombucha to homemade Daisy Capers, Dandelion Oxymel and Silver Birch anti-ageing oil 🌿 Our founder, Louise has been spending time staying inspired by the wild ingredients growing around us - experimenting, fermenting and learning from traditional natural remedies along the way. So much of what we create at L.A Brewery starts here: curiosity, nature, and a love for slow craft. Which one would you try? 🍃

L.A Brewery x The Wine Society  We’re thrilled to introduce our collaboration with The Wine Society, ‘Soon, My Friend’. “A new artisanal kombucha crafted by Louise Avery, which is just as at home at the dinner table as any fine wine. Ideal for those looking for a grown-up alcohol-free alternative to wine.” - @thewinesociety1874 ‘Soon, My Friend’ offers the familiar zesty, wine-like acidity and flavour, thanks to the fermentation process. Crisp, lifted with green-apple skin, berries, and floral and jasmine notes. Healthy and delicious - ideal as a standalone drink, or as a sophisticated pairing alongside great wines. A huge thank you to @freddythewinebuyer , Louise, and all those at The Wine Society who helped make it happen. đŸ«¶

Cortisol is a hot topic right now, with many of us feeling its effects in different ways. In a world that moves quickly, it’s easy to feel constantly “on.” Much of this comes down to cortisol, our primary stress hormone. In our latest blog, Louise shares her thoughts on the connection between stress, gut health, and the small rituals that can help bring things back into balance. From the role of the microbiome to the importance of slowing down, it’s a gentle reminder that meaningful change often starts with simple, everyday choices. Read more via the link in our bio ✹

Introducing the Senza, our in-house non-alcoholic spritz created for any occasion. Swipe for the recipe! Bright, earthy, and gently bittersweet, Senza was designed as a refreshing aperitif; something vibrant, yet complex enough to savour slowly. Senza is Italian for “without”, as in all of the flavour, without the alcohol! The flavour story: @labrewery Sparkling White Rose is the heart of the spritz. Its floral notes, bright acidity, and natural carbonation lift the drink and keep every sip crisp and refreshing. @vaultaperitivo Non-alcoholic Aperitivo brings bitter complexity and structure, giving the cocktail the depth and satisfying feel you’d expect from a classic aperitif. Homemade beetroot syrup adds subtle earthy sweetness, balancing the bitterness and body of the drink. It’s easy to make, simply mix together equal parts @cawstonpress Brilliant Beetroot juice and golden caster sugar together until all the sugar is dissolved (this can be done in a blender or by whisking while on a low heat). A splash of @fevertreemixers soda water to open the aromatics and allow the more delicate flavours to shine. Recipe 45ml Vault non-alcoholic bitters 15ml Beetroot syrup 75ml LA Brewery sparkling white rose 25ml Soda water Build over ice in a wine glass, stir gently, and garnish with a slice of orange. A non-alcoholic spritz without compromise; layered, refreshing, and made for slow sipping. Cheers đŸ„‚ @maxfieldanddyer x @labrewery #maxfieldanddyer #labrewery #boozefree #sparklingtea #mocktail
