Five years in, and it only felt right to finally name a beer after our hardest working employee, Queso the Labrewdoodle. Greeter, floor supervisor, crumb patrol specialist, attention seeker, and full time good boy. If you’ve been to the taproom, chances are he’s already said hello.
QUESO’S BIG BARK is a bold new IPA brewed with plenty of personality and just the right amount of bite. Expect aromas and flavors of pine, lemon and orange peel, nectarine and a touch of dank.
