SURPRISE!! We’ve dropped a new single called ‘Lost & Found’ and it’s out today. We started it with @mmmmjjjjjjjj way back and here’s a short bts clip of that day. This one has been kicked around for a bit and we decided to let it rip to kick off an active year for us. We hope you dig it and are looking forward to sharing more soon. One of the real joys of working on WILD BOYS *in addition* to getting to co-direct with my partner @ritaamal who teaches me something new everyday & one of our best friends & insanely talented producer @this_is_trent for @paramountplus was getting to score the show with my great friend + crazy gifted musician, producer & engineer @kylemccammon . I’ve had the pleasure of working on music with Kyle for his own project @pluswashere at the @theshipstudio as well as for @hidden__fortress - but this was genuinely a level up for us in terms of pushing ourselves creatively and we learned so much in the process Our good bud @tylerstrickland gave us plenty of moral support along the way (mostly texting us telling us we were fine when we were freaking out) but also providing us with some of the cheat codes for how to write and record in such tight production and post timelines without losing your head. We really put together a hybrid workflow that while a little unorthodox worked quite nicely. We’d both sketch ideas on logic and protools sometimes starting in our home studios first sometimes building from scratch together and then bring those partial ideas into the ship to flesh things out into final working breathing cues. And finally but most importantly - we got to work with a few radical wizards and killer human beings / masters of their sonic craft on cello in studio! @rorowan & @isaiahgage the latter of the two is pictured here. It’s really a surreal feeling to see and hear cues come to life with players and who know how to bring in that human touch that his fully transforms the energy and ultimately the scene and film itself. I was fortunate enough to work on the original score of Wild Boys with @theendlesseye . I’m so proud of the music that we made for a project that was a labor of love for Jeremiah and @ritaamal over many years. No birth certificates. No proof. Just a story that captivated a nation. Wild Boys: Strangers In Town, coming 2/18 to Paramount+.

It’s my birthday this week, and I released an album with DNNNY on all streaming platforms. It’s the soundtrack for my new psychedelic country musical OUTRO and it’s an absolute dream. 💿🤠🍄🎶 This is my second album with producer @kylemccammon and he assembled the most incredible team of musicians to bring this all to life @theshipstudio in Eagle Rock LA. 🎤🎸🥁 I never imagined 39 would look like this.
