This is who I am.
This is who I coach.
Three rebuilds. Each one harder than the last. Each one I came back stronger.
I did not come back from this to sell fitness.
I came back to coach the men living the same pattern.
Founders. Execs. Fathers. Husbands. Built everything. Lost themselves doing it.

120kg. Couldn’t face a mirror.
Best thing that ever happened to me was realising nobody was coming to fix it.
Nine years of hard shit later here we are.
Still going.
You didn’t fall apart in twelve weeks.
Stop trying to rebuild in twelve weeks.
Your body holds the score. It doesn’t forget.
We lay bricks. Week by week. Month by month. Year by year.
The man at the end won’t recognize the man who started.

You don’t need another program.
You need a man who will read you properly and tell you the truth.
Every 1:1 client starts with a full intake. No shortcuts. No surface answers.
I build from what’s actually happening in your body, life, your week, your head.
Not what you wish was happening.

For the first eight years, your kid is studying you.
They’re deciding one thing.
Be like you. Or never be like you.
The only vote you have is who you decide to become.
You’re not tired from the work.
You’re tired from carrying sh$t that isn’t yours.
The market. The board. What people think. What she’s thinking. What happens next quarter.
You cannot move any of it.
Cut the list.
Yourself.
How you show up. What you do next.
That’s the whole list.
Honestly, I didn’t take Callum’s goals seriously.
Not because I doubted him. Because I knew we’d blow past them.
He spent his first six weeks on the rig adding muscle. So when he came off, we used it.
Dropped him into a relative strength phase and he hit the numbers he’d planned to finish the year on.
Now he’s back on the rig. Adding more muscle.Fixing some imbalances. When he comes off next, we blow those numbers out the water again.
This is what perfect foundations look like.
It’s not about the perfect gym. The perfect schedule. The perfect setup.
It’s about finding what you can do and doing it. Consistently.
Ron flies international long-haul. Different time zones every week.
Hotel gyms, airport food, broken sleep. Husband. Father. Pressure on every side.
Most coaches would have given him a travel-friendly program and called it a day.
We did the opposite.
Full medical work-up first. Bloods, hormones, sleep markers. You cannot coach a man whose system is broken underneath.
Then we built structure that holds in chaos. Not a perfect routine. A non-negotiable one. Built around the life he actually leads.
13 weeks in. 9kg down. More consistent at this than anything outside the cockpit.
Most men think they are disciplined. They are just lucky their environment has not tested them yet. Ron does not have that luxury.
Next: beach holiday lean. Then his first marathon.
If you need to be held to a standard you cannot hold yourself to, you know where to find me.
