You don’t need another program. You need a man who will read you properly and tell you the truth. Every 1:1 client starts with a full intake. No shortcuts. No surface answers. I build from what’s actually happening in your body, life, your week, your head. Not what you wish was happening. Apply in bio.

Honestly, I didn’t take Callum’s goals seriously. Not because I doubted him. Because I knew we’d blow past them. He spent his first six weeks on the rig adding muscle. So when he came off, we used it. Dropped him into a relative strength phase and he hit the numbers he’d planned to finish the year on. Now he’s back on the rig. Adding more muscle.Fixing some imbalances. When he comes off next, we blow those numbers out the water again. This is what perfect foundations look like. It’s not about the perfect gym. The perfect schedule. The perfect setup. It’s about finding what you can do and doing it. Consistently.

Ron flies international long-haul. Different time zones every week. Hotel gyms, airport food, broken sleep. Husband. Father. Pressure on every side. Most coaches would have given him a travel-friendly program and called it a day. We did the opposite. Full medical work-up first. Bloods, hormones, sleep markers. You cannot coach a man whose system is broken underneath. Then we built structure that holds in chaos. Not a perfect routine. A non-negotiable one. Built around the life he actually leads. 13 weeks in. 9kg down. More consistent at this than anything outside the cockpit. Most men think they are disciplined. They are just lucky their environment has not tested them yet. Ron does not have that luxury. Next: beach holiday lean. Then his first marathon. If you need to be held to a standard you cannot hold yourself to, you know where to find me. Apply: link in bio.

Most people think they have a weekend problem. They don’t. They have a week problem. Save this if you recognise this pattern.

12 months with Brandon. He came to us out of shape. Demanding job. High stress. He wanted the best aesthetic shape of his life. We did that. Then we pulled a PB deadlift. 2.8x bodyweight. Now he’s running his first 100 miler. And because one goal isn’t enough, he’s attempting another PB deadlift on the same day he starts the 100. Why not. This is what 12 months looks like when a serious man stops negotiating with himself.

I like complex. Couldn’t run 400 meters seven years ago. Then I was the coach people call when the situation was highly complex. @choppypike Desert crossing single stage 208km. 75km winds.Won by 14 hours. @jackefaint First human to run across full length of India. With a Brain tumor. Training on the Keto diet. 26 peaks. FKT no one has finished. Both 13 back to back in a time people consider highly impressive. Eating disorder. No period. I put her on ultra podiums and she got her cycle back at the same time. That’s the work. Link in bio to watch more.

If you’ve been saying “next week” for three years and you know it this is for you. Next week is not a plan. It is a postponement. Save it if it called you out

All or nothing vs All in. All or nothing needs a deadline to start. All in just needs the next step. All or nothing quits when the plan breaks. All in adjusts and keeps moving. All or nothing misses one session and calls it a failed week. All in misses one session and shows up tomorrow anyway. The difference isn’t talent. It’s not discipline either. It’s the story you tell yourself the moment things don’t go perfectly. All or nothing says: I’ve blown it. All in says: What’s the smartest move I can make right now? I’ve lived both. I know which one builds something that lasts. If you’re tired of being on or off you don’t need a new program. You need a new identity. That’s the work. DM me SERIOUS if you’re ready to stop negotiating with yourself.

Most successful men don’t fall off because they stop caring. They fall off because they apply the wrong system to the wrong season of their life. The drive that built the business is the same drive that burns the body out. At 35, 40, 45 you don’t need more intensity. You need a structure built for the life you’ve actually got. That’s the work. Dm “Ready” if you’re ready to build it.

If you’re not fueling properly, you’re leaving so much on the table. You can’t drive a Ferrari with no petrol in it. Same goes for your body. If your nutrition doesn’t match your training, your recovery slows, your performance drops, and you never reach your potential. That’s why every single one of our clients gets detailed nutrition programming. So they recover properly, perform at their best, and show up strong in their sport and everyday life.
