10 year old Jack lived out his dream on Wednesday night.
My old man took me to my first game at Anfield when I was 7 years old. Since then itās been the birthplace of some of our greatest ever memories together. I donāt probably tell my Dad enough how much I love and cherish who he is and all he stands for. A man of integrity, care and kindness thatās shown me exactly what it takes to look after his family.
To walk out onto the pitch being applauded by 60,000 people (minus the 10,000 getting a pie or a pint) with my Dad by my side will be a memory weāll cherish forever. A once in a lifetime moment.
Blown away by how much support the @liverpoolfc family have shown to me these past few months.

Before I started this run, I never thought that I was enough. Setting the highest expectation of how I thought I should be. Thinking I had to fulfil this dream to be worthy. Worthy of love - not just from others but from myself. What Iāve learned is that whether I completed this challenge or not, I have always been and always will be enough. That I am worthy of the deepest form of love. We all are.
To even try to put this into words. A journey of self love, of community, of resilience, of celebrating the best of humanity.
3,788.9km in 74 Days. 12th November 2025. Jack ran India.
Day 8 of my water only fast and it just keeps defying logic of what I thought was possible.
I remember when I first heard about fasting and I thought Iād try a 36 hour fast. 30 hours in I woke in the middle of the night and had to run downstairs to grab a handful of nuts.
Fast forward 3 years & here we are. We are all capable of so much more than we think.
Message me if youāre keen to try one and need any help/advice

Who would have thought?!?
FINALLY got my hands on the April Runners World edition with an 8 page spread on the India run.
One of the most enjoyable reads of all the post-run interviews Iāve done. Kudos @davidrsmyth š
How the hell do you run almost 4,000km in 74 days without sustaining long-term injuries?!?
One year before India, I ran 17 marathons in 14 days across South Africa as a prep - After which, I called Jordan and told him how ādone inā I was after day 4 and that my legs were in bits with the load.
The solution? Not more running, but a detailed program specific to your needs that supports sustained effort. Prioritising strength AND recovery.
@jordanfairclough has spent almost a decade helping elite footballers manage the load of back to back Premier League and Champions League weeks through creating such programs & now weāre looking to pass this knowledge on to you.
If you want to train like a complete athlete (whether youāre running for fun as an amateur or youāre semi-pro) then maybe this community is something you want to be a part of.
Running, strength, conditioning, recovery. Community. All in one.
24 hours left to apply to be part of the Foundation cohort of Sangha. DM either of us or comment Sangha below and weāll send you the form.

Sangha for me is an extension of how I want to show up in the coaching world; which links to how one of my first performance coaches, Darren Robinson, made me feel as an 18 year old training with the First Team at Nottingham Forest.
His enthusiasm, knowledge, and care for me as a young footballer made me feel like I was doing all I could to become the best version of myself possible. I felt empowered showing up to the gym for team sessions and extra sessions by myself.
This feeling stuck with me.
And when I stopped playing football, I wanted to study sport science and strength & conditioning to work in elite sport to give athletes what Darren gave to me, which ultimately was belief, confidence, and self-assurance.
I enjoyed doing that through my time at Liverpool. I enjoyed knowing that strength, conditioning, and physical training played a small part in shifting players' belief, confidence, and mental performance.
For Sangha, the incorporation of strength training alongside your running plan supplements the same things. Whether that's aiding performance, running with less pain, or as part of healthy longevity, we want you to feel confident that you're doing the right things in the right way.
Applications are still open, and close on the 10th April @ 2300 BST, if it feels like it may be for you, drop either me or @jackefaint a DM or comment Sangha to receive the application link

I was asked this week why we wanted to create Sangha.
āThereās literally thousands of running coaching programs, what makes you & @jordanfairclough different?ā
Honestly? Weāre not sitting here claiming to be better than what youāll find through apps and AI.
Thatās not really the point. Iāve worked with some of the best coaches around for years. The running was always there, the structure and strength was there. But the recovery that worked for me (breathwork, meditation, yoga) always sat outside of that.
Something separate I was figuring out on my own.
Thatās the bit we wanted to solve. Create the most nurturing online community that gets together each week to focus specifically on these tools that have given Jordan and I so much as athletes.
I owe so much to my coaches who have helped me navigate the past 6/7 years of marathons, ultras and cross country adventures. I still have so much to learn before I can claim to be anywhere near as wise as @leebradburycoach@kyleevans.co and @mikeobery - 3 of the very best that have made all of my achievements possible. (Honestly check them out if Sangha doesnāt feel aligned to you).
Still taking applications for the rest of this week. If it resonates, DM or comment Sangha and weāll be in touch š¤

The beginning of Sangha.
Most runners train alone.
They follow plans, add a bit of strength, try to stay consistentā¦
but something never quite settles.
It starts to feel like youāre doing the work,
without really moving forward.
Weāve both been there.
Not more effort.
Just a better way of doing it.
Running.
Strength.
Recovery.
Treated as part of the same system.
Weāre opening an exclusive foundation cohort.
12 athletes.
12 weeks.
Incorporating everything you need to be the complete athlete. Including live Breathwork, meditation and Yoga every week.
If it feels right, comment āSANGHAā below and weāll send you the application form š§”
