GOD IS A PHOTOGRAPHER.
He hides destinies inside darkrooms because even light must pass through darkness before it becomes a memory on paper. Sometimes He will keep a man in seasons that make no sense; blurry relationships, unfocused dreams, silent prayers, not because He forgot him, but because heaven is still developing the picture. A seed does not cry when buried because the soil understands what the sky is preparing.
There are people smiling today with photographs that were not edited. Men see the pose, but only God remembers the pain behind the picture. He crops certain people out of your life not out of wickedness, but because not everybody deserves space in your frame. Some departures are divine editing, some delays are heavenly retouching, sometimes, the flash that blinded you was simply God forcing your eyes to notice the beauty hidden inside your scars.
The painful thing about divine photography is this: the subject rarely sees the final image while posing. So you keep standing through storms you do not understand, carrying tears like passport photographs in your chest, hoping one day the picture will make sense. Definitely it will, because God is too intentional to waste pain. Every disappointment is a caption waiting for interpretation. Every silence is an unopened album. Every wound is proof that heaven is still editing from RAW to JPEG with careful hands.

They laughed at the seed because it disappeared into the soil. Nobody claps for things buried in darkness, yet the earth understands a secret many men ignore, before greatness touches the sky, it must first survive pressure beneath feet.
The maize grows fast and gathers attention from the roadside, but the SEQUOIA takes its time like an elder speaking wisdom beside evening fire. Some lives are not built for noise; some destinies are carved slowly by rain, silence, and stubborn survival.
Be Different....
Not every bird was born to dance around market squares; some were created to cross oceans alone. Do not fear if your growth confuses people who only understand speed, the seed did not argue with the seasons; it stretched quietly through storms, through drought, through lonely nights underground, and one day what they mocked became a giant impossible to ignore; roots deep like ancestral prayers, branches wide like mercy.
So if life hides you for a while, do not call it failure, because even the tallest SEQUOIA once looked like nothing inside a trembling palm. What matters is not how quickly you rise, but whether your shadow will one day become shelter for generations.

When Enigrace (@eniola_enigrace ) reached out about her Spoken Word EP, “LEGACY”, it did not feel like a project, it felt like a burden of meaning placed gently in my hands. The kind you don’t rush. The kind you bleed into.
Because LEGACY is not just poetry, it is memory that refused to die; It is pain that found a voice; It is truth standing naked, unashamed.
So I took it personal and I crafted her intention on visuals. Every motion carried weight, like footsteps of those who came before her. Every frame stretched like time itself, refusing to forget. Every transition, a passage between yesterday and forever.
