@nook_bklyn turns five on a friday night ☕️
this one was so special—since moving to brooklyn, this little café has been my source of many new friendships, a creative community, and lots of long coworking afternoons that turn into a beer...or two...or a visit next door to the pool hall.
a true third space loved by the community. happy birthday nook!

the first european city I ever visited, and a very easy one to fall for. a friend and I stayed in a cheap hostel, rising early for café breakfasts and walking miles to Anthony Gaudi’s best architectural works.
not pictured, but also remembered: the best chai I’ve ever had and our beachside paella dinner with 12 new friends from around the world.

Every New Yorker has their own way of exploring and 'knowing' the city—for members of Clumb Crumbs, it’s scoring elusive reservations, debating the best dishes in each neighborhood, and above all, finding others with the same developed obsession for New York's dining scene.
A maximalists’ dream, the IG-ready tablescape cut together various animal prints, a candelabra centerpiece, and small red lamps reminiscent of the ones you’d find on West Village’s hottest tables. Guests were encouraged to introduce themselves without including their 9-5: ‘Maybe share an upcoming reservation you’re excited about and why,” prompted the host. Conversations grew loud over dinner–fresh sashimi and sushi from @momoyasoho –and continued late into the night over pornstar martinis, matcha tiramisu, and a custom bow-adorned cake by @gardenofearthleedelights .

Why does travel make life feel more cinematic? The rush of a train, blending syllables of unfamiliarity, tastes you have no name for; is being somewhere else what creates a feeling of home?
Film is a physical and chemical memory of the places one sees—once, thrice, or just in passing. Come on a journey with me, as I share this series of travel film photos from over the years.
It only felt right to start with the place one goes between home and new places.
A very heartfelt goodbye to @shakeshack today 🫶🍔
I’ve spent the last three years as the brand’s social media content manager, learning about creative marketing, social strategy, how to build social-first production processes, and the ins and outs of the restaurant business.
