Yesterday was a good day at Tresses Lagos ✨
We had the pleasure of hosting Karim and Inès, Business Development Manager and Business Activation Manager for SSA from L’Oréal Professional Paris.
We shared what we are building here. Talks about science, structure, education, standards and how we are excited about what the future of professional haircare in our region can look like.
People, I tell you, alignment is 🔑. Stay in your truth, stick to your convictions but be flexible.
OMP43 Business Leadership Conference, organised by my Lagos Business School class.
We brought together founders, executives and operators. The goal was to keep learning, think more clearly, and do the work of leading well. Real conversations about execution, people, growth, and the realities of running businesses in this environment.
We were fortunate to learn from, Dr Niyi Adesanya, Vincent Egbe and Dr Rhoda Pius-Uwhubetiyi whose insights grounded the day and gave us a lot to reflect on.
I’m grateful for my classmates. Working with people who are curious, serious about their growth, and generous with their experience is a real privilege. This is what happens when like minds come together with intention.
