You can’t grow what you can’t see. If you’re serious about growth, you should be tracking these. 📈 Daily sales - how much have you made daily. I’d go a step further to also notice the patterns. Is Tuesday always slow? Is Saturday always your biggest day? The data tells you where to push and where to rest. 💰 Popular services - this shows you your money makers. They should be front and centre on your menu, your marketing, your packages. ❌ Cancellation rate - High cancellations mean something is broken. Your booking process, your reminder system, your deposit policy. Figure out which one. 🤑 MVP staff - which staff member is driving the most revenue. Go a step further, what is it about this person? is it skill set? seniority? Can it be replicated across your staff? 🤩 Bonus one because I couldn’t help myself 😉, client retention rate - are your clients coming back? If not, why not? This predicts whether your business survives long term.
