@nylonmag . Glow Revived: Flavor in Color, Light, and Touch opened to the public at
@wsouthbeach on December 4th during Art Basel Miami.
In this immersive environment,
@kolodnyart and
@julesonthedaily reimagine e.l.f. Cosmetics’ Glow Reviver Melting Lip Balm as a field of monumental “drops”, fifty sculptural forms rendered in glossy, saturated PVC.
Activated by touch, they glow and gently sway, transforming a beauty product into a spatial, interactive experience. The installation challenges traditional boundaries between cosmetics, design, and architecture, proposing beauty as a site of exploration, embodiment, and emotional connection.
We wanted to create a world where confidence could take shape. Where it could rise, expand, and become architecture. Each illuminated form responds and reflects, glowing from its core, like the glow from within each of us. This installation is our way of honoring that collective radiance: the feeling of standing out, together. #elf #nylon #artbasel #miamiartbasel
