If you told me years ago I’d leave the kitchen behind, I wouldn’t have believed you.
After 8 years as a chef, Covid completely shifted my life and forced me to rethink my path. Stepping away from the kitchen gave me time to figure out what I truly wanted, even though I was scared to dive into my creativity—afraid of burning out again.
But travel changed everything.
Sharing stories through meals, meeting people around the world, and reconnecting with food on a deeper level helped me rediscover my passion and appreciate the craft in a new way.
Now, I've turned that spark into a career in content creation. As a food & travel photographer-videographer, I aim to capture culinary stories, global adventures, and the human moments behind them.
Madrid, the stating point of my journey as a food & travel content creator / photographer. Making this decision is not an easy choice, and some would say it's a fruitless pursuit for your own satisfaction.
However, as I look back at one of my posts and see how far I've come over the years, I would say I did quite well for myself.
As I move on to my next chapter , I would simply say that this is the only start of my journey and as I continue to share stories for the world to see, I will always rememeber who gave the time to support me during this journey of mine.

Reconnecting to my roots.
When I stopped being a chef, photography was the first form of my creative outlet that i took, documenting travel and food along my creative journey.
For me, capturing moments that I found special in the everyday routines of people and around world really fascinated me.
where most people would ignore, my eyes would want to seek out those moments that connect us all.
So now, though, for some time ive been taking my journey toward videography.
Its has been refreshing to get back into photography after some years, and what better way than to start with food!

Arriving in Ireland for the first, I've managed to get little moments during my time in Letterkenny, Donegal, and Ireland with special thanks for @tbexevents , @govisitdonegal_@foodcoastdonegal from visiting the Sliabh Liag to taking a food workshop around Donegal
It was an amazing 5 days getting to meet solo travers, bloggers, and creators, food artisans, chefs, producers, and overall just fantastic stories people have shared.

What was your favourite feature in the festival?
KOABROAD -The experience of running my first ever marathon.
I never believed that I would get into long-distance running in the first place.
let alone believing I can do it under sub 5 hours.
However, despite my doubts of facing my most challenging endurance race ever, the moment the Race started, I was matching with the sub-5-hour pacer with ease during the first half of the race.
so once 30KM hit I made a bet with myself to push myself to truly understand how far I am willing to push the limits of my mind and body.
Every step during 35km onwards was nothing but mental fortitude to keep going, to never give up, and all the while uplifting other runners who is having a hard time crossing the finish line.
So as I push to the very end and cross the finish line, I was able to make it with the final time of...
4 hours, 51 minutes, and 32 seconds
With all those feelings and the experience I felt during this race. This is something I will never forget for a long time.
it has showen me how much we are really capable of amazing goals, if we truly put our minds to it and believe in ourselves.
