When we started Filishack back in 2014, it was just the two of us with a grill, a tiny setup outside Peckham Library.
We grew up around family cooking, fresh ingredients and bold Filipino flavors, and we wanted to bring that same energy to London.
What began as a small street food stall quickly turned into something bigger than we ever imagined. Looking back through the years feels surreal, because every step has been shaped by the people who came out to support us - whether you grabbed a quick lunch, queued in the rain, or told us you remembered us from the Peckham Library days, we’re so grateful for you.
And now… we’ve just opened our brand new store in White City. 🙌🏽🔥

Such a great lunch spot in Elephant Park, with a lot of variety🤩 I went for the chicken adobo burrito with extra hot sauce (obviously) and it did not disappoint🤌🏼🌶️
They also had great veggie main and side options, with some naughty dips - garlic mayo will always be a big tick for me🧄
