We loved bringing our Robin Hood Jousting show to @nottscountyshow we hope you all enjoyed it!
We were wondering which photo or video to post and then got sent a nice little behind the scenes video from @halt_equestrian and thought we should do this one a little differently.
This is our second season with our lovely Friesan that is Kruise and whilst he looks the part, we have sometimes struggled to keep him cantering when Jousting, almost to the point we thought he may never do it.
We considered not using him for a big main arena performance at a county show but practiced until it was dark the night before and we got a perfect Joust from him in a big arena with a lot going on!
There's so many lessons you can learn from horses and the first video really summed it up, they are the point! Secondly, everything you see on social media isn't true and we can all take a good picture 📸
We bring 6 horses to every show we can and something or someone is always learning... and thats life 💪
