Black and White Modern Apartment Furnishing
My client was sick of feeling like he was living in a hotel room, so we gave him a space that reflected his style.
He wanted a black and white modern apartment, leaning heavy into the black. He moves around a lot so we kept it very simple. I added some furniture pieces in each room for functionality and a few rugs to further ground each space.
I love the way lighting can be a statement while simultaneously serving functionality. The sconces I used in the living room and fitness room are actually rechargeable! Apartment friendly and with an easy install. đź’ˇ
The different materials throughout the space vary from wood, metal, velvet, stone, linen, cotton, & pleather. Incorporating different material with different textures enhances a space both visually and physically.
If you know me, you know how much I love the color black!! This project definitely goes down in the top 5 faves!

This space was designed as a calm, inviting, and cozy resting place for the OPA community to enjoy when they come in for their appointment, all while maintaining an elegant and polished look.
One of my favorite features? These stunning vegan leather loungers, which fit seamlessly into my client’s aesthetic. And yes—they’re recliners! Adding rugs under each seat and soft curtains on either side creates a touch of privacy, making this lounge feel like a personal sanctuary.
I feel so grateful to feel so happy in the things that I’m doing and creating at the age of 30. ✨
