🦇{Draculaura}🦇 . ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . This drawing originally started out as a quick experiment to try and improve my chibi style! I found that I’ve been struggling to keep the proportions consistent because I could never decide on how many “heads tall” I should make my chibis! After some thought, I decided to try and spilt my style into two: a tall chibi and a mini chibi!! For this style, I wanted to focus on making the piece more alive and expressive while still being detailed! Whereas the other style will be focused on being much more simplified and rounder!! By having a bigger difference between the two styles, I’m already sooo much happier with my chibis now and I’ve found myself sketching them a lot since doing this experiment!! I already have a “mini chibi” Draculaura lined up to really showcase the difference between the two styles! 💕✨ Draculaura is always a big go-to of mine when I want to do a quick sketch, her design and personality are always the most fun to draw and I’m a sucker for pink and vampires!! As soon as I did this pose, it was a no brainer who I was going to pick to draw for it! And then I just couldn’t leave it as a quick sketch LMAO 🦇💕 . ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ✨{Magical Girl Swap Collab!}✨ . ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . For this collab we had to reimagine our Tokyo mew mew ocs as magical girls from a different series! I just want to say a huge thank you to @marshberry_arts for hosting!! I had so much fun on this collab!! 🥹💕💕 I ended up picking Jam for this collab as I thought that she’d aesthetically and thematically fit into the pmmm universe! I think she’d had a similar character arc to Kyoko and her wish would be something to do with having the strength/ power to fight for herself!! ❤️ Madoka magica’s designs definitely have a “look” about them, but trying to pin down the design rules when there’s such a variety of characters was quite tricky! Though I noticed that there’s rarely ever any fur details in PMMM designs, so that’s was the first thing to be swapped out with frills! Breaking down characters’ outfits and looking for common features really helped while planning her outfit. For example, this collar style is seen a lot, especially on their school uniform, so that alone really helped make this design feel more in the pmmm universe! As for the background, Pmmm has some of the most gorgeous background work, so I wanted to try and reference that as much as I could!! I love designing Pokemon Gijinkas so much but I haven’t had the chance to for ages!This design is actually from a batch of adopts that I made a couple years ago using a random Pokemon generator! Though when I made them, I grew too attached to the designs but too busy to have time to do anything with them! 💍{Oc x Wedding dress Collab!}💍 . ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . For this collab I decided to draw my Tiefling Novalie as she’s a hopeless romantic at heart! Recently Jester from Critical role got married during a live show and I completely fell in love with her wedding dress! It was the perfect mix of romantic, dreamy and feeling like it belonged in a fairytale! As soon as I saw this dress, I knew something similar would really suit Novalie, so I took inspiration from it for this piece!
