Guests can privately enjoy aperitif in our lounge with seasonal cocktails and Grower Champagnes. For dinner, up to 20 guests can sit in our kitchen to watch, smell, interact & enjoy a tasting menu curated by James and his team.

Our Yorkshire duck, slowly roasted on the pan and then on the grill over smoked juniper. Currently served with elderflower pickled carrot, British kumquat, foraged salad & duck sauce with pickled coriander seeds.

What @jknappett and @watermelonchang do here is pure theatre and cheffing at its finest - so worthy of its two Michelin stars.

It has been a fantastic rhubarb season this year. We are always indebted to the amazing growers in Yorkshire for these prized forced grown rhubarb.
