We need your help to Keep Kitchen Live! 🎙️
We love our community and we love radio, let’s keep cheffing it up 🛎️
Every penny will help us keep broadcasting, bringing music and community to Sheffield - thank you. ❤️
Had the immense pleasure to have @borokovborokov in for my @kitchen.radio.sheff show a few weeks back.
Hard to pin down exactly what these guys do, but through an amalgamation of musical talent and managed chaos they are making some incredibly forward thinking music.
Lot of craic, lot of laughs, a brief semi-live set from the two of them, alongside a couple of reviews in there, from hotels to @doyoubabyyy set the night before. Go check out their new album WORLD WAR II.
One of my favourite shows to date this, had so much fun messing about and playing more of the sound I feel aligned with recently.
Playback is available via link in bio, check it xxx
Thanks every time to the greatest producer there is @lingasound ❤️❤️
TOMORROW... DAMBA!!! This time, we won’t be taking you anywhere except to some place warm in your mind. As the sun begins to set into summer, and on our time in Sheffield, we thought we’d go for a nice little casual genre-less show before we take a month off!
So we won’t be playing your new favourite genre - but we will be serving up some summery disorder!
Tune in to DAMBA on Kitchen Radio live on Monday the 11th May from 2-3pm!
Favourite memory of Sonny - he played William Onyeabor's Fantastic Man at a little free party we ran a couple years ago, whilst offering me a sip of a delicious single origin filter coffee he'd lovingly prepared. Great stuff. Honoured to have him covering the show this Sat.
Please keep it pasta themed mate
Episode 3 out tomorrow on @kitchen.radio.sheff .. it’s a ‘get to know your host’ show aka.. me.. @tabitha_martin and I’ll be answering my own silly questions about food and recipes and playing my own choice of songs. I even have a bit of a story time planned. Recorded right before my voice gave out for the weekend.. 2-3pm link in bio! #food #recipes #story #kitchen
Completing the @spring_tank_studios stage and kicking off proceedings is the @kitchen.radio.sheff takeover.
