M Corporation & United Sonic Group (USG) announced today that after 80 years, a new set of C21-era artists are finally coming to non-MSync brain chip users. This includes hit artists of the era, like SlimKo, Da Yung HC, whitesummer, and vice*. Previously, M Corp. and USG had kept hundreds of these sonics, released from 2017 to 2097, away from the minds of alternative distribution brainchip users for over 80 years.
"It's a dream come true," says one user, who refuses to be named. "Linux-based chippers shouldn't be discriminated against, just because we have 'sudo' privilege over our minds. It's been around for hundreds of years at this point! I should have been able to sonic to these works ages ago-- they were probably made on Linux-based systems too!"
A spokesperson for USG said that this announcement "should not be surprising to the average customer", and that "USG & MCorp have always stood for open access and customer fulfillment." He went on to say that this new open access would not change anything about MSync user's current privileges. "If you're paying 80% of
the current minimum wage to retain access to your MSync chip, as most do, then you deserve to sonic to as many C21 and prior works as you wish," he said.
