Before I made beats, I moved to them. Growing up, I fell in love with breaking - it became the thing we did after (and during) school to have fun and connect with community. We didn’t have much, but we had music, and we had dance.
My love for music comes from the dance—and it still drives everything I create. From the streets to the studio, it’s all rhythm.🥁
I’m a little rusty but looking for spots to practice. Any suggestions?
My debut track “Now, Dance!” is out! Inspired by my b-boy days, I really wanted to make something that captures both my past and present. It’s got live drums, a punchy bassline, and a slick hip-hop sample.
