Iāve never done yoga a day in my life š, but let me tell you. Itās not what you think. Huge thanks to @empressthandi for patiently walking your boy through it, because itās definitely hard work.
During our session, I was able to connect with my body and activate muscle groups I didnāt even realize I had. Most importantly, the session allowed me to connect with my inner being.
Now Iāve got another routine to add to my list. Blessings ššæ
Hold on. Tell me @empressthandi voice anit ASMR. We gotta get her on iTunes for those Sleep Talk Down station that helps you fall asleep at night š

@kirthbobb and I took a road trip to Kingston to link up with a few people. Before we left, he told me, āBro, bring the jerseys.ā I wasnāt even planning to, but I said why not.
As soon as we touched Kingston, we stumbled on the perfect spot that matched the jersey vibe.
The rest was history.

The theme for me this year has been Devine Timing. Time after time, things have happened to remind me that itās real.
@kirthbobb kept urging me that it was time to visit home, but the coordination just never seemed to work. Eventually, we realized the only way forward was to book the ticket, that āput your money where your mouth isā moment. Long story short, my return home was set. Kirth had everything lined up for our time at @ameliasjamaica .
This trip wasnāt just about visiting Ameliaās or relaxing on the beach. It was about self-discovery and finding inner peace with the way things are. I see Ameliaās as a sanctuary. A beautiful work in progress as Kirthās vision continues to come to life.
In this life, you need friends who act as that spark pushing you to do the important inner work. Kirth is that kind of friend.
Today is his Earthstrong, and he deserves to be celebrated. May blessings continue to flow for you, brother.
Bless Up! āšæ

Thereās nothing like getting fresh fruit from the source. Itās been a minute since I enjoyed coconut water like this. I had plenty of coconut water and coconut jelly while I was back home. Quick hydration for all the walking we were doing in the sun.
I anit going to lie. The complimentary color between the wall @ameliasjamaica my skin and the coconut hits different.

Being unapologetically yourself isnāt about being overconfident. Itās about truly feeling connected to who you are. That connection should run so deep that you can experience moments as they are, without creating stories about what you think they should feel like.
As a Jamaican, I was raised with a strong sense of pride, tradition, and community. My people have a deep connection to nature and the land, especially as farmers. When I was younger, I didnāt realize that my love for the land was something passed down from my ancestors. But I understand it now.
thisiskardo shares that same appreciation for the land and the community that shapes their beautiful expressions through clothing. They believe that āWho Made It and Under What Conditionsā should always be at the forefront of creation.
When something is made with love, in environments that nurture positivity, the people who wear it can feel that whether they realize it or not.
I felt it. Thatās why I brought a collection of pieces from thisiskardo with me to Jamaica.

This trip to Jamaica was months in the making, with the idea first sparked last year. My theme for this year is simple: getting to it. I had a conversation with my brother, @kirthbobb , and our approach to planning the trip was straightforward just book the ticket.
I had just wrapped up my campaign with @adidas and @jdsportsus for the Jamaican soccer team jerseys for the @fifaworldcup . But to us, the excitement couldnāt end just because the collaboration was complete. The jerseys represent our strong culture and deep sense of pride.
So I decided to bring all the pieces with me to Jamaica and capture them throughout my journey. I wore this @adidasoriginals x @bobmarley set for our boat ride through Treasure Beach. @therealcaptaindennis and his team had the entire day set up perfectly for us that deserves its own post.
I canāt even count how many compliments I got on this set, but more importantly, I felt right at home in it.
Shoutout to Kirth Bobb for capturing the moments on @kodak Gold 200 and @fujifilmx_us , respectively.
Bless āšæ

The Treasure Beach Women's Group turned 25 last week. Twenty-five years of showing up, building, losing, and rebuilding. That felt like reason enough to finally share this film in full.
My involvement with TAPESTRY started as a simple ask ā come help us tell our story. What began as portraits of the women of Treasure Beach quietly became something much bigger. A short film. A love letter. One of the most meaningful things I've been part of making ā and none of it happens without my Soul Gold family, The Miller Brothers @camden.miller and @spence_miller , who trusted the story enough to fly to Jamaica and help the TBWG tell it. The footage sat on a hard drive until @sarah_davison_photo stepped in and shaped it into the edit you see here. It took a village to tell the story of a village.
The footage is from 2022. The story is very much alive.
In the film you'll hear about a dream ā a permanent health clinic for the people of Treasure Beach. Hurricane Beryl in 2024 slowed that dream down. So did Hurricane Melissa in 2025. The road has been longer and harder than anyone planned. But the work never stopped. What the Treasure Beach Women's Group planted has grown ā the BREDS Foundation has stepped in to lead the effort, and together they are still building, still calling people in, still moving toward something permanent and real for this community.
This film feels like the end of a chapter. But if I'm honest, there are so many more stories here that haven't been told yet. More women. More threads. More of what it actually takes to hold a community together across generations and across storms.
Before I close this chapter, I want to ask something of anyone who has ever loved this place, passed through it, or felt moved by what you see here.
The Treasure Beach Health Centre needs your support. Link in bio to donate.
"It's a community that will take that money and plant seeds and grow remarkable things."
They already have. Help them keep building. š±
Profile Noire Sanctuary In Art Residency juror Kirth Bobb
Kirth Bobbās creative practice is rooted in a simple knowing: thereās an art to everything ā and he has the photographs to prove it. An award-winning photographer, director, teacher, and creative entrepreneur, his storytelling travels across portraiture, street photography, commercial, editorial, and fine art, always in search of the moment where the ordinary and mundane reveal something extraordinary. His work doesnāt just document the world; it invites you to see it and experience it differently.
Growing up Afro-Guyanese, Kirth was surrounded by a culture bursting with color, rhythm, and story ā and it never left him. His grandmotherās words, āThereās an art to everything,ā became a life philosophy, shaping the way he moves through the world and builds worlds. That upbringing pulses through every idea and frame: the vivid hues, the cultural textures, the quiet dignity of people and places that donāt always make the highlight reel ā but absolutely should.
Today, Kirthās work has been published in The New York Times, The Washington Post, and globally recognized media outlets, and exhibited across Europe, the Caribbean, and the Americas. He is a FujiFilm X Photographer and has collaborated with brands like Apple, Adobe, and National Geographic, alongside community-rooted organizations and Fortune 500 companies alike. His creative vision has also extended beyond the lens into space-making. Ameliaās ā his villa nestled into the limestone hillside of the Caribbean ā is named for his grandmother: teacher, artist, matriarch. It is itself a living work of art; a hand-built homecoming where architecture, legacy, and Afro-Caribbean soul converge. It is, like all of Kirthās work, an invitation to return to what matters most. Because beyond the accolades, what drives him is simpler: to widen the lens on the human experience ā and to remind anyone paying attention that beauty has always been hiding in the mundane, just waiting to be found.
