It feels surreal to be seeing myself in a campaign for a brand that has been a massive part of my style since I was a child. My first pair were these shiny bright red boots my mum sent me to school with. I think it was paired with some red and white pinstripe dungarees and a red tee (mum had me styling from early). I wore the fit for non uniform day at primary school and got laughed at all day, I cried and ran to the bathroom, looked at myself in the mirror and luckily decided I didn't care because I loved how I looked. I stomped out of that loo in my big red @drmartensofficial boots, face full of tears and carried on being my 'odd' self. This one's for the oddballs, keep trying a ting. Big up @leila_fataar
