An honour to be part of the Latin Festival and to represent Mexico in this beautiful setting.
For this mural, I chose to celebrate the ancient Mesoamerican ball game, a tradition shared by many Indigenous cultures across Latin America—including the Olmec, Maya, Zapotec, Mixtec, and Aztec civilizations. With origins dating back more than 3,000 years, this sacred game symbolized the movement of the sun, the balance between opposing forces, and the eternal cycle of life, death, and rebirth.

İzmir Büyükşehir Belediyesi ve Bayındır Belediyesi iş birliğiyle hayata geçen bu proje; kamu hizmet binalarının çehresini değiştirirken, sokağın enerjisini de yukarı taşıyor. “Çiçeğin Başkenti” vizyonumuzu, sanatın evrensel diliyle sokağa yansıtmaya devam ediyoruz.

Bayındır Municipality has added a new milestone to its projects dedicated to enhancing the urban aesthetic. Through the masterful work of muralist Kathrina Rupit (@kinmx ), our Municipal Police (Zabıta) building has gained a brand-new artistic identity.
Developed in collaboration between Izmir Metropolitan Municipality and Bayındır Municipality, this project revitalizes the face of public service buildings while boosting the energy of the streets. We continue to reflect our vision of being the “Capital of Flowers” through the universal language of art.

Legends are homegrown! 🇮🇪
We brought Netflix’s new feature film, @peakyblinders : The Immortal Man, to the streets of Ireland with hand-painted murals.
In Dublin, we featured Cillian Murphy & Barry Keoghan, and in Cork, a mega mural celebrated Cillian Murphy.
A big thank you to @netflixuk for collaborating with us and to @grandvisual for bringing us on board—it was a pleasure working with everyone involved.

Painting this mural in Ngor, Senegal has been a deeply meaningful experience.
Inspired by Mami Wata a powerful, fluid spirit embodying unapologetic feminine energy, sensuality, protection, and transformation, from the Goddess Bridget to Oshun to Ix Chel, this piece is a tribute to ancestral forces that existed long before colonial narratives tried to reshape them.
Across cultures and continents, from Senegal to Ireland to México, we share echoes of these energies. The Atlantic Ocean doesn’t divide us, it connects us. It carries stories, memory, and spirit.
Through this mural, I wanted to honour Mami Wata and that shared, ancient connection a reminder of the strength, beauty, and sovereignty of feminine energy in all its forms.
A big thank you to the Irish Embassy in Senegal and to Shane, Aislinn, Joe, Ivo, Moussa, and Souleymane for the support and warmth throughout this project 🙏
It’s been a truly special experience, and I hope to return to this beautiful country to create more art soon ✨
