The building’s distinctive facade features alternating triangular red fins inspired by the existing brickwork, providing both solar shading and visual character while creating a maritime-themed landmark reminiscent of red navigational buoys and the Liffey lighthouse. Designed to the highest environmental standards, the development targets BER A3 rating and LEED Platinum certification through high-performance building envelope, air source heat pumps, energy-efficient systems, and sustainable water management strategies. Setback terraces offer landscaping opportunities and visual relief, while the double-height facade order enhances the building’s slender proportions and establishes a prominent presence on this prime riverside site.
