So grateful to have taken a strong creative role in the design of 2/4 looks created for a collaboration of @houseofgray_ x @adidas presented during LAFW 2025
In creative partnership with @houseofgray_ designer Brandon Gray the challenge for the male look was to create a fashion ensemble that could highlight @adidasoriginals Adizero Gokuna shoe while still paying homage to the core formality & Dandyism of @houseofgray_
For the male look we used a cropped blazer, oversized single pleated baggy snap shorts, layered over a cummerbund to demonstrate all aspects from the athletic history of Adidas to the formal identity of House of Gray.
For the Women’s look Gray was inspired by the fashion in 1968 where women could wear multiple outfits in one so the challenge was to create a look that offer a 3 way expansion that were different energies & all delivered its own message.

STRUT THE YARD Documentary curated by @serenity.owens@val5ncia and an amazing group of young creatives like myself during my final semester at @howard1867 this past spring.
This documentary sheds light on the community of fashion and production we have at Howard that’s beyond a major or subject of study. We take preparation & execution very seriously beyond our class schedule’s & responsibilities when it comes to putting on our annual shows and i’m grateful to have been apart of them throughout my years. So much artistic development & success comes from working alongside other gifted individuals who are truly ambitious & driven to the common goal. Especially when they are black.
In my opinion the future of our community lives at HBCUs. The doctors, dentist, lawyers, artist, models, actors, actress, politicians, & presidents! Being a D1 Athlete at the time & having a desire to create can be challenging to balance but the teams behind this project & the ones i’ve worked in the past have made that possible & been filled with some really heavy hitters! I’m so excited to see us all individually develop & shine out here in the industry.
