Last part of the 4 weeks animation training.
The final assignment I gave to my “students” was a dance (free choice) using live action video references edited by them.
They had to create a choreography made of few clips, not just copying one reference
Here are the 6 dances + references animated by the 6 really different students. ☺️
They came with various backgrounds.
Many of them had very little stop motion experiences, most of them had never done character animation.
The animations you see here and in my previous post are the result of hours of work, more exercises, various discussions, some advises, many retakes, tweaks… and most of all… incredible perseverance.
