Thank you everyone for all of your messages, calls, and support during this time. Right now I am truly focusing on healing and recovering from some serious health challenges. I am limited in communication at this time.
I ask that you continue to be fierce on IG so I can have fuel to get stronger, better, and right back with you!

SUPER EXCITED TO PRESENT MY NEW WORK.. I am a superpower… I’m a woman for Rutgers University, Mason Gross Dance Plus Concert! My work is being presented this Thursday, 11/11 and Saturday 11/13 at 7:30pm at New Brunswick Performing Arts Center!
I HAD AN AMAZING TIME CHOREOGRAPHING AND TEACHING AT UNIVERSITY OF NORTH TEXAS @untdance_theatre THIS PAST WEEK!!! By far one of my best weeks this year! Thank you @amitiperry@whitwhithurray@tiffiniambermarie for EVERYTHING!!! You ladies are definitely my rainbows in the storm! Love you! Big shout out to everyone at UNT especially the students. Setting work with these awesome ladies was one of the best creative processes I’ve ever experienced.
TALK ABOUT RAINBOWS IN THE STORM!!! These amazing young women in my Hip Hop Movement Practice Dance course @masongrossdance are SUPERSTARS!!! Coming in to a new curriculum is not easy, however these 12 magnificent young dancers that I get to teach each week are AMAZING! They are so open to learning and even though this new form or dance form is challenging to them.. they continue to bring in that positive and yearning energy to become better! Dance is an evolving art form and as a college dance program it is our responsibility to prepare our students for the evolution. I cannot express how happy I am! Today was by far my favorite day at Rutgers Mason Gross School of the Arts!!! @masongrossdance Today my colleagues and dear friends @cmartedance and @ckone19102 planned our department wide dance assembly and we celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month. Through historical references, sharing our stories and teaching basic Salsa dance we came together as a community. This is what I’ve been missing. I am so thankful that I was able to part of this memorable moment for our students. I am so proud of how open they were to put themselves out there and either learn something new or just embrace this way of moving their bodies. Happy Wednesday!!! 🥰🙏🏾
