Bra Boys documentary now on @netflix 17 years later. This started as a little uni project I did about where I was from and my crew and snowballed into the highest grossing documentary in Australian cinema history. It well & truly kicked off my career in both film and music at a young age and had the fuckin wildest ride along the way! Learnt a lot of valuable lessons as a filmmaker, musician and a young man which has shaped the person I am today (and I’m proud of the scars). What struck me the most whilst shooting In Pieces Together, was by @blakeyjohnston putting his pain on full display - random strangers started sharing their own silent struggles with mental health and the impact of suicide.
