Paola is a performance artist specialized in dance and voice. Based in Brussels, she is dedicated to the practice of improvisation on stage. This workshop is an opportunity to expand our abilities to play with singing and dance improvisation. Paola will share with the participants some tools she likes to use when composing music as a dance artist. We will go through some durational dance improvisation structures, do karaoke, listen to music, sing songs, and play. We will constantly practice the unique combination of voice and dance. This workshop is open to everyone (amateurs and professionals) who is open to trying and jumping into the performance game. This workshop is not only aimed at adult dancers of all levels – from amateurs to professionals – but is also interesting for musicians, singers, and performers in general. Der nächste Workshop unserer COMMUNITY ARTS PROJECT Reihe steht an 🧡🕺 DANCE TO THE MUSIC | mit Khadidiatou Bangoura & Sabine Kuxdorf - für Blinde, sehbehinderte und sehende Personen. 🗓️ So, 15.03.2026 | 13 – 17 Uhr „Dance to the music!“ ist der Titel eines Musikstückes der Musikgruppe „Sly & The Family Stone“ aus dem Jahr 1968. Aber was bedeutet es, zur Musik zu tanzen? Wie kann Musikalität ausgedrückt werden? Indem man dem Beat, den Rhythmen, dem Gesang, den Melodien folgt? Oder geht es darum, den Vibe eine Musikstückes körperlich einzufangen, um damit eine Geschichte zu erzählen? In diesem Workshop wird Tanz als sensorisches Erlebnis und Kommunikationsmittel vermittelt. !B Am Samstag, dem 06.12.2025 von 13:30 - 17:00 findet im @comedia.theater in Köln (Adresse: Vondelstraße 4-8, 50677 Köln) ein Tanz-Workshop mit dem Titel “DANCE TO THE MUSIC” für blinde, sehbehinderte und sehende Menschen statt. Der Workshop ist kostenfrei. Tanz wird zumeist als visuelle Kunstform verstanden und ausgeübt, die über den Sehsinn aufgenommen und vermittelt wird. In diesem Workshop wird angeboten Tanz in Form von Kreativität, Bewegungsfreiheit und Erzählung kennenzulernen, über Beschreibungen, taktilen Interaktionen und auditiven Impulsen. Der Workshop wird von Khadidiatou Bangoura, einer sehenden professionellen Tänzerin, und von Sabine Kuxdorf, blinde Laientänzerin, Audiodeskriptorin für Tanz und Theater und Sozialarbeiterin, geleitet. „PINKE PINKE“ ist eine poetische Reflexion über Geld für Groß, Mittel und Klein. Para, Kohle, Asche, Moos, Kröten, Knete, Pinkepinke – welches Wort benutzt du für Geld? Über Geld wird mit Freund*innen, in Familien oder in der Schule zu wenig gesprochen. Um herauszufinden wie Geld uns beeinflusst und wie wir damit gut umgehen können, zeigt „PINKE PINKE“ über Tanz und Rap die Dimensionen von Geld – für unser aller Empowerment! Bei der unbestreitbaren Notwendigkeit von Geld, fragt das künstlerische Team: Können andere Formen von Reichtum wie Kreativität, berufliche Erfüllung, Freundschaft oder Liebe überhaupt konkurrieren? Am Samstag, 08. November habt ihr die Möglichkeit das Stück in einer offenen Probe zu erleben. Eintritt frei! Für taubes, hörendes, blindes, sehbehindertes und sehendes Publikum. In deutscher Lautsprache und mit Übertiteln in deutscher Schriftsprache. Mit Deaf Performance. Mit auditiver Dramaturgie.
