I missed Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday ka workout.
And I really really did not want to workout today.
I asked myself after the first round if I could stop.
Asked Popeye after the 5th round.
Gave Popeye and advance apology for my crappy mood and then cribbed and made grumpy faces. Flopped around in a tantrum-y manner.
Felt and still feel like a blob of fat.

Despite me not-being-good at understanding statistics, the fact that more than 10,000 people in India below the age of 18 end their own lives shook me.
That’s the highest in the whole world.
They are kids. Children.
I can’t help but think - ‘You barely know what it means to be alive… how can you want to die?’
But I know even that thought is… reductionist.
I attended a brainstorming session with a bunch of really cool people. It was illuminating and heartwarming to see 30 people from across the country come together and dedicatedly spend time on this.
Obviously we only just began the conversation. And the intention is to continue it.
But I wanted to share this because it’s actually something anyone can be a part of. So if you have a minute… look it up.

These deaths are preventable. And we owe it to the 10,000+ children.
