New zine alert 🚨 "This Book Has OCD" is available for free download on my website. Last year I was diagnosed with OCD and my natural coping mechanism was to make a zine about it. I'm hoping it's a useful resource for anyone with an anxiety disorder or anyone who loves someone with an anxiety disorder. Thank you so much to the community at @ulnastudio and @lettiejanemakes for providing a space to work on this project. This particular work did not feel comfortable to produce and I'm so lucky to have a safe community while I moved forward with it.

This summer I'm teaching a teen camp called 'Animate the Beat' at @pam_cut where we'll collaboratively animate a song in Procreate Dreams. I'm looking for a track to use!

I'm teaching a four-week zine-making class at @ulnastudio starting May 31st 🎉 Zine making has been one of the most meaningful parts of my creative practice and I'm so excited to be facilitating this class! Pocket Publishing: Intro to Zine Making runs Sundays through June 21st, 2-5pm. While it does say 'intro' in the title this class is really for anyone. It's about gathering in community, sharing ideas, and making alongside each other.

I had the joy of facilitating the second ever Drawing Club in the David Hockney exhibit with @portlandartmuseum and @pam_cut We explored perspective and Hockney's unique/wonky approach to it. Afterwards everyone headed into the museum with drawing prompts to experiment on their own. I also dressed the part and put on my best Hockney drag! The next session is full, but we're hoping to do more programming like this. Stay tuned 🤩
