《2026金酒盃職業組調酒大賽》 「Spirit of Taiwan 舉杯,致敬台灣經典」 參賽店家:Book Ing Bar 東區店 參賽選手:陳子藺 Alin 參賽作品:島嶼座標 N23.5° / E121° —————————————————— 作品理念: 台灣這座島嶼,在世界地圖上雖然渺小,卻在僅僅幾百公里的寬度內,從海平面躍升至海拔近四千公尺。這種極端的地形,孕育了我們豐富的海洋資源與水果王國的封號。而我認為,最能連結這份土地厚度的基酒,莫過於金門高粱。 高粱酒那強悍、純粹且帶有發酵穀物香氣的靈魂,就像台灣人的性格——韌性十足且包容萬物。我以此為核心,將金門高粱轉化為一座橋樑,連結這座島嶼從深海到山巔的自然饋贈。 —————————————————— 作品材料: 金門58°高粱 發酵香蕉汁 香蕉皮梨山烏龍cordial 鴨腳木蜂蜜 櫻花蝦醬油酊劑 —————————————————— 這杯酒,是金門高粱與台灣地理的深度對話。 從海裡到高山,從櫻花蝦的鮮、香蕉的熟、烏龍的清、到冬蜜的苦甘,每一滴酒液都在呼應這座島嶼的生命力。這不僅是一杯致敬台灣經典的作品,更是一份將自然饋贈化作杯中珍釀的感謝。 📷 : @kao__yao #金門高粱酒 #金門高粱調酒指南 @kinmen_kaoliang_liquor @booking_taipei

Originally trained as a chef, she shifted to bartending for health reasons and quickly found her true calling, winning the Don Papa Bartender Competition in her very first year (2017). Her culinary background now informs her approach to flavor, balance, and concept. Kate believes that beyond passion and a good palate, great bartenders must also be great entertainers—because how a drink is served is just as important as how it tastes. Her charisma and warm hospitality have built strong connections with guests. In 2019, she became the Philippines champion in the Glenfiddich World’s Most Experimental Bartender competition, earning a place in the global finals in Scotland. Located in Guangzhou’s historic Dongshankou district, it was founded by Andrew Ho and Bastien Ciocca. The bar is celebrated for its warm hospitality and innovative approach to cocktails, with a strong focus on collaboration and community-building. Since opening, Hope & Sesame has received wide international recognition. It has been listed on Asia’s 50 Best Bars for seven consecutive years, ranking No. 7 in 2025 and named Best Bar in Mainland China from 2023 to 2025. In 2025, it also debuted on The World’s 50 Best Bars at No. 29, along with multiple global accolades for its bar team and cocktail menu. ——— About Amy Yu After graduating from Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, Amy found her passion in the food and beverage industry, particularly in cocktails. Despite the pandemic challenges, Amy went on a six-month journey abroad, immersing herself in diverse cultures and experiences, eventually she joined the pre-opening team of Bar Sanyou, a visionary concept by Asia‘s 50 Best Bar awardee, Hope & Sesame. Amy discovered her interest in event organization and project management and has been an integral part of the Hope & Sesame group for almost four years, overseeing numerous events and leading consulting projects for renowned brands. She believes that the hospitality industry offers endless opportunities for growth and learning and remains driven by a mindset of continuous improvement.
