PROJECT UPDATE // Oria in Spring Hill has officially reached its highest structural point, marking a major milestone just 15 months after the basement level construction began in January 2025. This achievement reflects the strong collaboration between Keylin and construction partner CoStruct, and the shared commitment of all teams involved in delivering the project on program. We marked the occasion with a special celebration, joined by more than 70 guests, including valued stakeholders and special guest Cr Vicki Howard. The event also offered the first opportunity to showcase our completed display apartments, providing a direct experience of the residences’ premium finishes, refined craftsmanship, and elevated views. Oria remains on track to welcome first residents from early 2027. We look forward to delivering one of Brisbane’s most anticipated residential towers with front row seats to the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games precinct. PROJECT UPDATE // Structural works are advancing at Lakeside Apartments within the Serenity 4212 community, developed by Keylin and Joint Venture partner Kinstone Group. Our builder CoStruct is forging ahead on site. The tower crane has been installed and the final pour of the basement raft slab is complete, marking an important milestone for the project. The internal and perimeter blockwork is almost finished and filled to ground floor level. Basement columns have also been poured, and formwork is in place for the first section of the ground floor transfer slab. We remain on track to welcome our first residents to the Lakeside Apartments in spring 2027.
