Located in a prominent area within the Tokyo metropolis, Jackson Teece were engaged by Mitsui Fudosan and Nippon Steel Kowa to provide façade design for Mitsui Fudosan Logistics Park Itabashi (MFLP Logifront), a new mixed-use warehouse within their industrial park developments.

Jackson Teece is proud to announce approval of the State Significant Development Application for this next stage of the Montefiore’s Campus in Randwick. This proposal consists of 37 new premium independent living units and 6 aged care rooms connected to the existing facility, with resident amenities including a new club lounge, internal courtyard, multi-purpose room and administration spaces. The development also includes a roof top terrace and a new Village Plaza on the corner of Dangar and King Street with proposed retail use.
This is the fifth State Significant Development for seniors living that has been approved since it was established by the NSW Government in November 2021 and Jackson Teece are excited to work with Montefiore and the team on this exciting project for the community.

We are proud to announce the approval of this wonderful project in the heart of Tweed Heads. The Enid Street development consists of 121 apartments capturing views to the ocean and hinterland.
The design responds to the existing context providing a sensitive transition from the existing built to boundary development to the east of the site, setting back and allowing for landscape connections to Jack Chard Park to the west.
