I've shared the video with a scientist friend and a RSMAS professor, and both mentioned pufferfish but also that the ones who do this kind of circle are not found in our waters. The professor also thought perhaps it was some kind of partially buried human generated garbage.

Whale Shark spotted off Key Biscayne!!🐋 Scuba Divers out for an excursion with @DiversParadiseMiami got a thrilling treat on Friday: a juvenile whale shark swam up very close to the boat! Divers being divers, they jumped in to swim with this incredible creature. Thankfully for us, someone had the presence of mind to film it!
