I had a whole post written out about this night.
It was the most frustrated I’ve been after singing in a long time..for many reasons…
Me n my therapist will figure that out.
For you I’ll say. This will look different in every season. However..it WILL BE in every season because I love it. I’ll need to work hard and move a lil differently..but I’ll keep showing up to it🤍
