I had the pleasure of adding a bit of my vibes to the front of this wonderful new retro vintage clothing store on Hackney Road a couple weeks ago, @thegoosefinds . Really lovely to have a client that lets you do your thing and trust you with their space. I think it’s turned out great and so far the street has agreed 😁

So proud to have been able to add to this wonderful new spot at 324 Hackney Road (@thegoosefinds ). The lads have done an amazing job bring the spot back to life and I’m sure that it’s going to be the number 1 shop to go to for threads in the East before the summer is out 🌞😎🌞
If you know of anyone who’s interested in a refresh of their shopfront/roller shutter let me know. I’m doing them cheap for a little while till I get a nice big collection of them under my belt 👍

A Toy a Day has been more like a toy a week or 2 but I’m not giving up on building this posting consistency while not stressing so hard on the social media nonsense 🤔 we’ll see how that goes 😜

Prototype skully Apple Pencil holder toy ✏️
A lot of the toys I’ve been working on are made with multiple functions in mind. I do love a figurine but I know there a lot of people out there who want more for the money so with this in mind I’ve been developing everything from pencil holders to modular containers with toy styling. The hope is that the toys will not only be loved for their funk and style but also treasured and utilised for their functionality. As you can imagine thinking past just the art and moving into how to build balanced products that fulfill a need and can be still sliced and manufactured by myself alone (at least at this early stage) is very complicated and time consuming. Fortunately every build has taught me so much and I’m now seeing the fruits of this labour coming through.
