The Kennett Menders were busy this week with sewing and hemming!🧵 This group visits the second Tuesday (12-2pm) and forth Tuesday (5-7pm) to help keep clothes in circulation!

Experience a one-of-a-kind community experience as we watch the fight for democracy and our First Amendment rights. A timely and thought-provoking documentary directed by Kim A. Snyder, The Librarians follows those who refuse to be silenced by book bannings across the country. From tense school board meetings to legislative battles, librarians emerge as vital protectors of intellectual freedom, confronting censorship, harassment, and even legal threats. Their work reveals a powerful truth: controlling the flow of ideas shapes the future of our communities.
